Practical information

Coffee breaks & lunches: included in the registration fee.

Conference dinner: 21 January 2027, at the venue. The dinner starts with welcome drinks at 19:00. Fee: 95 EUR per person.

Hotel: Thon Hotel Ullevaal Stadion, next door to the venue. Single room incl. breakfast: 150 EUR/night. Double room incl. breakfast: 170 EUR/night.

Badges: received upon registration; required for admission at all times.

Smoking policy: only permitted outside the conference venue.

Insurance: participants are recommended to take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance.

Cancellation, changes & refund policy

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to avh@vanhauen.dk. Cancellations before 14 July 2026: full refund less 75 EUR admin fee. Cancellations on or after 15 July 2026: non-refundable. Sponsorship/exhibition space bookings are binding and non-refundable. Changes are charged at the stated rate plus a 20 EUR admin fee per change; name changes: 50 EUR. Late payments are subject to a 20 EUR reminder fee.
